| We offer
the following policies to our customers: |
| I.
WARRANTY |
Overview
Perfit Furniture warrants as limited herein to the original purchaser
(referred to hereafter as The Retailer/Dealer) that all products
supplied by Perfit Furniture shall be free of manufacturing defects for
a period of one year from date of original purchase from Perfit
Furniture.
Under this limited warranty, Perfit Furniture repairs or, at its
discretion, replaces defective furniture items/components. No
assembly labor is included. Also, Perfit Furniture is not
responsible for costs of transportation between the end-consumer’s
premises and The Retailer/Dealer. The word “defects” as used in
this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair the utility of
the product.
This warranty shall only cover manufacturer’s defects arising from
normal residential usage. It does not apply to any conditions or damage
resulting from negligence, misuse or abuse, or any conditions resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
End-consumers should contact The Retailer/Dealer to report
manufacturer’s defects. The Retailer/Dealer shall provide Perfit
Furniture with the production lot number, which is affixed to all
Perfit Furniture products, so that correct parts can be issued.
Availability of replacement items/parts depends on shipment schedule.
Perfit Furniture makes no further warranties or representations except
those contained herein. No representative or dealer is authorized to
assume any other liability regarding products supplied by Perfit
Furniture. Perfit Furniture shall in no event be liable for direct,
indirect, special or consequential damages.
Seat Cushions
All seat cushions supplied by Perfit Furniture are sealed with a
plastic cover at the factory level and are inspected for quality and
appearance throughout. Once the protective plastic cover is removed
from the seat cushion, the warranty is considered VOID. It is important
to inspect the cushion carefully for manufacturer’s defects before
removing the plastic cover.

| II.
RETURN / REPAIRS |
Perfit
Furniture will accept the return of defective merchandise up to one
year from the date of Perfit Furniture invoice.
All products returned for reasons other than manufacturer’s defects are
subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be authorized by Perfit
Furniture.
All products returned must be in good condition and in original sealed
carton.
A reasonable amount of touch-up, cleaning, deluxing and assembling is
the responsibility of The Retailer/Dealer.
Perfit Furniture may request The Retailer/Dealer to supply a photograph
or digital photograph of the defective item(s).
Any problems in quality should be reported to Perfit Furniture
immediately. In most cases Perfit Furniture will send their people to
inspect the defective item(s) and make a decision to resolve the issue.

| III. PRICE |
Prices
are subject
to change without notice. Please verify prices at all times. On the
release of a new price list,
all previous price lists are superseded and become ineffective.

| IV. TERMS
OF PAYMENT |
1.
20% deposit on placing order, 80%
delivery of goods from Toronto or Vancouver.
2. Irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

| V.
ORDERS MODIFICATIONS |
Following
order entry, Perfit Furniture will fax or email The Retailer/Dealer a
copy of the Sales Order as “Order Acknowledgment”. Changes to the order
or cancellations may be made within 10 days of “Order
Acknowledgement”. All changes or cancellations must be made in
writing, faxed or emailed to Perfit Furniture.

| VI.
PRODUCT CHANGES |
| Due to
continuous improvement, Perfit Furniture
reserves the right to make feature and specification changes without
prior
notice. |
